Awesome and unusual blue and red cherry tomato. The skin that is exposed to sun light develops a blue color that is close to the dark purple of an eggplant. The bottom, unexposed parts of the tomato are a dark red. The foliage of the plant also has some blue tint.
Bred by Tom Wagner - unstable hybrid of OSU blue and an undisclosed red cherry variety. The gene for blue color comes from a wild tomato via Oregon State University. This variety is still segregating and may throw some off types, however most plants will bear true to type fruit.
